To be fair, I think I may have well and truly overtaken you on the Luck Ladder come season end... Think I'm going to need more than my fair share this year again.

Well I hate to point it out, but my username kinda seems most appropriate and says it all really... I sense the opposite may well eventually occur however, but surely optimism is worth at least 5 wins headstart???
Haha yeah at least 5 wins, if not more

I was just astounded how I kept riding my good luck all the way to the prelims. I knew it had to come to an end sooner or later lol

I'm pleased that MovingUpward has offered to do a preview or review for the Premier League, he will confirm shortly which one.

As we all know MovingUpward's time and great writing is much appreciated and for those who haven't been in the Premier League before just to go any of the threads at the forum: http://www.supercoachscores.com/foru...-Scores-League.

In general, the previews/reviews threads are created in the general forum to share to everyone and then moved to this sub-forum (league) a week or 2 later when a new previews/reviews are created.

I feel bad for those who move up or move down from the premier leagues who miss out on these previews/reviews

    Thanks again MovingUpward!

I have nothing but praise for the writing of MovingUpward in this league last year. The time he spent is without reward, and gave everyone of us in the league untold praise, criticism, laughs, banter and fun.

Cheers Jay. Happy to be on board again this year and extremely grateful for the community here on SCS who offer much more to me than I you all.

It's getting tougher each year with the increasingly top quality calibre of coaches, so given it's quite possibly my last year in the Premier League, how could I resist the opportunity to contribute for at least one more season...

Jobi was actually the one who kicked things off with some great previews back when SCS and the original league all began. I just rode in on his coat tails (I have a habit of doing that ) and then again last season ably assisted by Damoz. Personally my preference is probably to do a weekly preview. The reviews are a little harder to pull off in the short time frame on a weekend, especially if there's some close contests going down to the wire of the last game on a Sunday night. If the review is not up by the Monday at the latest, it starts to become a little irrelevant. But if Jobi, Damoz or anyone else has a desire to do weekly previews, I'm happy to continue with the reviews. Just send me a PM and I'm sure we can sort something out...

Thanks Lenny... Looking forward to picking up a few trade secrets from you during the course of the year.

I'm happy to do the Reviews. I think I would find them much easier actually because for me, Previews are harder to do in terms of content. When I did them, I always had to find stuff to talk about. I'm still waiting on my official Uni timetable for Semester 1, but at the moment, I've got Monday mornings off until after midday. So for most weeks (I don't want to say every week, and then if something comes up, I won't be able to do it), I will be able to do it over the weekend or if I'm busy, it will be up by Monday morning.

As everyone knows, they are nothing special and don't even compare to MU's write ups! But if everyone else is happy for me to do the Reviews, I'm willing to do it. Happy to step aside, and allow anyone else the chance to do them though.

That's fantastic Damoz. Really enjoyed your previews last year. I tend to carry on about irrelevant rubbish like Coach Coco peeing on the umpires and Rocky's pre-game prayer vigils, so some meaningful contribution and analysis would be more than welcome. Lol

Anything you can come up with (taking into account your Uni commitments of course), I'm sure everyone would greatly appreciate...

Haha...That "irrelevant rubbish" that you produce is what we all love.

So yeah, definitely. Happy to do the Reviews most weeks, and I don't mind sharing it around if other Coaches would like to do them as well.
