I wouldn't worry about that first match if I was playing for Team Muppets as the 'inside word' is that FLYING HORSES has had an interrupted preseason so will come in a bit underdone.

Do we have updated odds after our two JLT Community Matches?

The favourite may have drifted, and the outsider may have become better value after using the old bushranger strategy (golf analogy).

ESPN caught up with Jay earlier today, here is his interview coming into the season

So what AI is trying to say is, 'they talkin about practice'

I'll put up some updated odds this week but i'm curious, what's the bushranger strategy? Gave it a quick google but nothing came up.

Bushranger strategy: Basically, deliberately play poorly and/or in unfavourable conditions so that their handicap blows out. Then use that big handicap on the monthly medal day and win.

League games start this week. I've drawn MMM! We had the same score in R1 but had a much bigger gap in R2. Wonder what R3 holds..!

    Updated Odds
After a couple of rounds and a bit of a slow start by the league as a whole, it appears to be a 3 horse race with Creeker and LITS closing the gap with preseason fave and reigning champ Bomber18 drifting just a touch.

Our biggest mover so far is MovingUpward who is now paying $14 after being $36 in the preseason! Jaca is our biggest slider now out to $18, who similar to myself, will suffer from fatigue and irregular AFL/SCS posting hours (note the time of this post if you don't believe me ) for the short term at least.

The champ has gotten off to a slow start and has firmed as spoon favourite. He tells me that there's a bit of bushranger strategy about it his start and when the price is right, he'll start making his move. The bookies aren't buying it and Impromptu is now paying a whopping $51.

League matches this week so everything changes. Will revisit this down the track!

Cheers Darkie. Will come down to my Stef Martin + Titch vs your Rough + 96 points.

On form I'm probably just ahead but as we both know, form often means little when it comes to Sunday bloody Sundays.

Looks like we're both tracking just on/above par which is good!

Ys, I reckon you're a solid favourite at this point. Rough is my last remaining POD in a number of close league matches, so I need him to cash in against the Suns tomorrow!
