Was reading in he paper recently that Tom Doedee hasn't re-signed with the Crows yet, he's in his second rookie year and is apparently a fairly quality defender but behind the likes of Lever, Hartigan, Laird, Kelly etc. Was the Crows first round pick in 2015 (not including Milera who went earlier but was taken with the pick we got from Geelong for Dangerfield) so it will be interesting to see whether he pursues greener pastures back in his native Victoria and what we'd get for him. Could be good trade ammo in the chase for the top midfielder we know the Crows are after.
    Go Crows!

Surely they will wait and see what Lever does (listening to him on 5AA I think he will go).

Don't follow the SANFL but he seems close to a game , but with Talia , Lever and Hartigan ahead of him , and now Kelly he would need another injury.

Flavour of the month now seems chasing Rockliff .

I would not be going after Gibbs , think you need a Dusty type or Kelly.

Think the Crouch boys are developing well enough as the inside mids with Greenwood and possibly Ellis-Yolman.

Need some more consistent outside runners.

The Crows need someone like that guy they had a couple of years ago, what's his name again?

    Hey mate,

Yep those scores coincide with him heading to defence. Surprisingly he has been exceptional ever since about 5 minutes into the Adelaide game, after 3 clangers that lead to two Adelaide goals. Since then he has not put a foot wrong, he along with Brand and Heatherley have been very good, which to be honest has been a little surprising.

Cheers mate , might have found his position , oozes talent.

I guess with Frawley , Gibson , Stratton it gives them an opportunity.

Might take a chance on him , essentially he will be my F7/F8.

Hawks will get up on Saturday for Hodgey.

    FREMANTLE NEWS

WA today's Kim Hagdorn says Nathan Fyfe has finally agreed to terms on a lucrative new contract.
Fyfe has accepted a deal estimated to be in the region of $1.4 million a season and up to $6 million if his terms are over four years.
It is unclear though whether the 2015 Brownlow medallist has signed for three or four or more years.

I think you need to play him bit more forward for us. Rather he be ready to take up a role in forward line for us next year. We have plenty of defenders his size already. No point grooming for a role he will not play with us.
Play as Yarrawonga Wizards Fantasy Football Club in a salary cap keeper league and coming off our 2nd premiership as Pirates in FDL

In Supercoach in 2015 ended about 15K in rankings from memory.

A lot of money. Danger on $800k a season on a five year deal isn't he? I'd rather 1 and 3/4 Dangers than one Fyfe right now.

Fremantle are only paying minimum wage to the rest of the list at the moment. Massively front ended.

Liam Duggan is now one to watch, could possibly be a DEF or even DEF/MID next year.

Nice breakout candidate if he pushes through the midfield with those two stars out of the WCE frame.

    huge day for the Weagles.

when was the last time 2 Brownlow medallists announced their retirements on the same day ?

love him or loathe him , have to respect Mitchell as a footballer.

overlooked in drafts became a modern day superstar.

Priddis if he played in Melbourne would be regarded higher , competive beast.

    Congratulations to you both.

Sheed could also be one to benefit.

First Hodgey , now Smitchell Goodie's

    stay strong young man.

    Gibbo might (should) be next.

Hopefully Burgoyne stays for one more season

Luke Partington has won at least 27 disposals in 6 of his past 8 WAFL games. With Priddis out, he'll get a decent crack in the midfield.

Gibbo will definitely be next. Hoping Burgouyne goes on for one more, he's been unreal for us this year.

Sheed is definitely another who has taken that next step already over the last couple of months.

I watched partington play quite a bit as a junior, good friend of mine coached him through his junior years. Never saw a kid rack up as much ball as he did as a kid. All the best to him.
