You would think i would learn haha but i'm sure i won't.

JOM down to Brayshaw plus cash feels like a no brainer in my starting team but i simply do not trust RTB! If Brayshaw plays the first 2 and scores well and is named for the third, i'll bring him in then for JOM/Armi or maybe Kennedy if i'm feeling super brave.

Oh yeah can't complain with that!

Maybe that's a sign that i shouldn't start JOM, then bring him in rd 3, then trade him back out rd 4 lol...yeah nah

be interesting to see what Dew does , no doubt will follow the Swans defensive pressure game to a certain extent so he may start the big bodied experience bodies initially then introduce the kids later.

Have a horrendous travel start up to their bye.

Be very nice if both Barry and Holman strung enough games together and could be relied upon during the bye rounds as well.

    Time will tell.

Think there could be daylight between him and Collingwoods next best SC play this year which may also favor him getting more of the points pie.
    Me too
I think it's telling that Bont is the most popular mid between Fyfe and Cripps' prices, and he's only at 12% ownership. No one's sure at the moment.

Yeah I think so but not sure Ill have the stones to go so mid pricer. Graham is probably the least likely to be there.

How about you? I recall you were running something similar yourself.

I think I was in one of my February versions.

Love JOM but can't do it , Graham is the one I would pick first , tremendous upside.

My current mid setup is :-)

    Martin , Mitchell , Sloane , Fyfe , Cripps , Coniglio , Papley (F/M) , Finlayson (D/M)

Bench : Banfield (or Barry) , Kelly , Holman

    Papley to swing with Garlett/Petrucelle/Spargo

Finlayson to swing with Coffield (or Smith)

Yeah he has plenty of upside but I prefer JOMs role security over him. Cant see Graham averaging over 90 optimistically whereas JOM at 50k more, could go 100+ playing full time mid (again optimistically).

no doubt JOM can go 95-100 I just think Clarko will play him for 3/4 then rest him , play him

kid is gold , they need him for 8-10 years.

I prefer Graham as he is only $70 k more than Rayner , Brayshaw , Dow , LDU , Brodie etc

    5 games , a flag , votes in the Norm Smith , another pre-season

PS Kennedy is probably the one

    no Gibbs , no Doc

    opportunity (finally) to play mid

Yeah that's the worry isn't it but hoping that happens later rather than sooner. I have no issue with jumping off him so if things start looking off, he'll just become the best rookie or up to a premo.

I actually don't have any of those premium rookies but i agree Graham at 70k more seems a better bet. Just becomes a balancing act of money invested vs money to gain.

I do like him, have been on him since the preseason and i think he showed enough in the JLT to at least be looked at. Whether he will be able to get going early is the concern.. may need to work into etc and with Libba seemingly firing on all cylinders it may be worth trying to find the coin to go up to him.

    I think you should go

    Fyfe , Cripps , Cogs , Redden , Libba , Graham , JOM , Armitage (Graham)

load up in defence , rucks and forwards and throw in a couple of your left field selections

    Laird , Hibberd , McG , Heater , Sicily + 3
    Fyfe , Cripps , Cogs , Libba , Kennedy , JOM , Armitage , Graham + 3
    Gawn , Lycett + 1
    Lambert , McLean , Papley , Smith , Petracca + 3

    9 rookies @ $123,900.00 + Holman gives you $ 6,600.00 to play with

I'm finding that a really hard price range to pick a 6th premium mid and keep ending up with Bont.

I know a few really like Parker. Me, not so much but I do think he could work.

It's a real pity that Rocky has fallen off the radar although I do note there that he and the club have declared he is a certain starter for R1. Very tough to confidently pick him without any pre-season indication as to his role.

I've avoided that price range for the fact that I really can't pick a player. If I were though I think Selwood would be the one, ankle is a bit of a worry but he's shown time and time again he can play though pain and score at a level that most never get to.

Played on the defensive side of stoppages on the weekend and was quite often the outlet player. The bye makes it tough but I won't be surprised if he goes at 110 again this year.

From Day 1 of SC Pre-Season, I've had Matt Crouch as a lock and a big P.O.D..

Was wondering if anyone who follows the Crows could give me a guide as to how much potential he has to get consistent 100+ scores, given Sloane and the arrival of Gibbs into the midfield?

Crouch (from what I've seen) is a T.Mitchell type accumulator, but with a 608k price tag, I'm wanting to make sure it's a valuable investment for return...

    Thanks guys!
