I'm considering Treloar as my final premium mid. Looks as though Macrae will be out of reach so Treloar appears to be one of the best options out of the mids I don't already have. Should be priced under 550k after his bye too with a BE of 167 this week and expected to drop more cash the week following.

Anyone notice that Dusty hasn't had a tackle count anywhere near his Round 2 effort against the Crows that was, and rightly so, highlighted in social media as being massively overrated.

It would take hard tag after hard tag for him to really drop, and even then there's no guarantee he'll score too badly considering he was tagged on the weekend.

At their respective prices, it's hard to make a case for Macrae over Rocky though, unless you've nailed all your rookies and previous starting/value picks and can afford to now pay full price at this critical stage of the year.
Don't play North (Jacobs) until Rd 14 so this is probably our best time to see, unless Vince goes to him just before his bye... Dare say he drops 180+ this weekend though against a team that don't believe in tagging (no I don't mean Essendon...)

Is anyone willing to entertain the possibility that Dusty might be a 108-109 player?

Of course. Last year could easily be a spike year where all the stars aligned for him. He hadn't gone 110+ before 2017...

Im actually thinking about bringing Dusty in. Theres nothing to suggest hes about to start going beast mode (5 week ave in the 80s iirc) but his price is too good to ignore.

Does anyone have any observations on how hes been moving? Was he spending a a lot of time forward against west coast?

Looks to be playing predominantly midfield to me, so suspect whatever he was carrying for the early parts is now behind him.

His season to date is tracking eerily similar to last year so now is the perfect time to jump on if you're not already an owner!

He was in the midfield basically all game against the Eagles. I thought he did well given how dominant Naitanui was in terms of getting the Eagles' mids the ball. Yeo and NN tackled him several times but those are physically very large guys with awesome closing speed, the good sign was Martin was able to get the ball in the first place, ie he's reading the play well. I don't see a guy who is that much different from last year on the basis of that game. He's probably just had a down patch of games because of rumoured soreness and he was tagged effectively by Jacobs against North. He'll be ~ $470k after this week if projections work out, if I didn't have him already he'd definitely be in my sights over this round or next.
