Thank god this thread is back. Kreuzer was looking like a good pick for two and a half quarters...

Rookies can be changed whenever you want (as long as you don't have major problems going around). Confident i will be able to change Dow to a cheap "must have" rookie after round 2.

    Need a cuddle mate ?

Not a rant for me, but we started up a work league this season and there is a few blokes who have never played before.
I've tried my best to give these guys a few hints and explain how the loops work.
One of the guys thinks Kennedy is the best player going around and has his in his team. (not a bad pod I thought.)
We were talking about C's and VC's yesterday afternoon and he comes out and says he's not worrying about a VC, just going with the C on Kennedy.

Going to be a fun day at work today.

BTW - We did try and talk him out of this decision but there are some guys that just don't listen.

I started a work league this year too. Interested to see how they go, might give me access to multiple experimental teams come 3 weeks’ time.

I'd take that as a positive.

He did SFA but still scored 71.

If he's scoring that heavily off 14 possies, just wait till he starts pushing up toward the 20+ mark.

Just realised I've already made my first positional blunder for the season.

Had Coffield and Brodie in my side and last night was all cool. "No drama, Murphy replaces Coffield and ZGL can replace Brodie".
Go to make the switches this morning and realise that ZGL is fwd only, I could have sworn he was DPP...

I knew everything seemed too relaxed last night.

Yeah at the end 71 isn't bad considering he got 0 in the first quarter. Definitely holding for now

This thread has cheered me up - I'm trying to imagine PC getting a cuddle from Creeker and its not coming together for me .

Ciaran Byrne is my worry - hopefully he's just blowing off the cobwebs.

Mmmm... he might get another go next week, but Williamson was injured and I have him ahead of Byrne.

I'd happily straight swap them for Round 2 if Williamson is ready!
