This weekend's ANZAC round of the AFL represents the first for SC coaches where popular captain loophole players will not be viable. Captaincy stalwarts in Danger, Dusty & Mitchell all play after the Swans (Cameron) and Eagles (Olango). This is the round where coaches who chose a Demons floating donut (Smith/Spargo) or basement priced Bombers R3 in Lavender over the more widely accepted options, potentially gets a leg up on the rest of the competition. Those who couldn't resist Higgins on his debut will also find him useful for this round.
Like last round, selections can open up unexpected opportunities so all is not completely lost for coaches seeking for a more friendly loophole option.
Who do we trust the most as a straight out captain...?

Will probably pick a Friday VC (Buddy, Heeney, Laird) into Dusty
SuperCoach: 4020 (2017) 1400 (2016) 1017 (2015) 7654 (2014)
Dom Barry my likely loophole!
I think I'll be trying my VC luck on Parker, Cripps, Laird or Cogs and then probably Dusty or Fyfe for the C. Haven't had Titch as C yet but after last round, I'm hesitant to try with Jacobs almost certainly going to him.

Fyfe into Gawn maybe.
Havent checked if Nank is still giving up big points but with the form Gawn is in, its only a matter of time until he puts up a monster.

mitchell into dusty
Laird->Dusty
Cripps my other option, will be interesting to see if Yeo goes to him.

Will depend on doughnuts but at this stage Heeney -> Dusty

I have a WCE donut which means my options are something like:
Laird/Cogs/Parker
into
Fyfe/Mitchell/Gawn
Ben Jacobs runs a pretty hard tag so maybe Fyfe the best of the second lot.
SuperCoach: 27284 (2017) 12877 (2016) 8481 (2015)
4 donuts last week (Murphy, Keeffe, Barry & O'Connor) and they are all pretty much useless this week
Fyfe into Martin I think

Cogs into Dusty probably - the cupboard is pretty bare![]()

SC 2018 Round 4 Lesson: the SPUD is dead, long live the Spud???
Barry my loophole (unless fritz gets dropped)
Cripps VC
Gawn Capt (he'll monster nank and grigg)
Limited options with loopholes and timezones
So it's a Heeney/Laird (most likely Laird) into Titch
