In: Westhoff, Ed Curnow and Giro
    Out: Fritsch, Spargo and Fogarty

Was tossing up Curnow vs Gaff and Westhoff vs Wingard. Can afford either.

    Thoughts?

geez tim smith for liam ryan is looking really good at the moment and that will allow me to field 18 for this week and next. But it is such as sideways trade

I would actually do Fritsch to Gray, don't like Wingard one bit

Mainly to keep Fritsch, if you can find a way to trade Guelfi to Gray do so, wingard playing more midfield so don’t think he will throw up those iffy scores like he used to. Gray seems to be staying deep in forward 50 and freed up wingard.

Currently have it as L Murphy, Guelfi, Phillips out for Giro, Ahern and Gray

Then next week would be Doedee to Crisp, set and and 6 trades. But would possibly have to downgrade Ronke to make 18

Or I can swap Gray for Ryan.

Then 2 trades next week of Doedee to crisp and Ronke to gray. (also get one more look at westhoof vs gray) also end with Ryan as a f7

Gone Fritsch to Bont via dpp
Then probably Richards or Garlett to Giro; Hibberd to Simpson
Next week Doedee to a Defender to complete upgrades.

Reversed all trades before kickoff and have a think about it later. Couldn't get Gray or Westoff in. Almost went Boak...

12 playing with 3 yellow lights on the roof, see what happens. Seems 15-16 best with 3 trades.

Got a few mates I think.

In a last minute shuffle, I ended up doing:
    Out: Laird, Guelfi, Phillips
    In: Burton, Rocky, Wingard

Bit of a Hail Mary with Burton and will plan to bring Laird back in after his bye.

    Like the Burton pick...
Im thinking Hibberd -> Burton, pocket the 60k and see how he goes until at least the end of the byes. Break even if 30 so worst case scenario is he scores 2 60s and goes up 40k. I was so bullish on him at the start of the year but blimey for a player of his calibre he has thrown in some absolute stinkers this year!

My other trades will be Crowden and Spargo to JJK and Giro

Cheers! Its nice to get a decent return first up but still have Burton to come who has put up some howlers so not quite popping the champers yet. His numbers from his last 2 have been pretty good though. Fingers crossed!

Did you end up taking Wingard or Gray? Either way scores of 105 and 121 last night gives you a decent start

    My trades this week:

    OUT Guelfi ($293,700)
    IN Giro ($102,400)

    OUT Fogarty ($234,000)
    IN Gray ($495,600)

    OUT Murphy ($204,800)
    IN Mitchell ($603,200)

Happy so far 2/250 with Gray (new recruit) and Bont (started with him)
Need a decent score from Mitchell first up.

Brought in Bont & Hoff this week so that was nice.
Boak though is becoming a problem in my supposedly finished forward line.

Laird & Duman has me down to 17 this week.

Do we expect Laird back after his bye and there is little or no information on Dev Smith, do we expect smith to play next week?

Don't want to do a panic trade just to get 18 on field but if either of these two is likely to be out for an extended period they could be worth replacing in my team.
