Lowly St Kilda have recalled Jack Billings for Saturday's crunch meeting with Gold Coast.

The No. 3 draft pick had spent a week in the VFL, racking up 54 disposals and kicking three goals in Sandringham's win over Frankston last weekend, and it's understood the midfielder is back in favour.

Now hopefully he can do the same against GC to repay us owners some

Also traded out L.Ryan when he got hurt would you use a trade say Smith to Ryan instead to give me 18 this week
Both answers depend on whether you're going for overall or playing in a cash league.

If overall, then Q1 is a total points proposition (i.e will Buddy average more than Hoff by enough to make up for his 0 in rd14) and Q2 is about whether Ryan nets you enough points to make the trade worthwhile.

If your focus is a league, you'd want to be thinking about a) how likely you are to make finals/top 4, and b) whether you can afford to write off a game in order to pursue a stronger team for those final 4 weeks.

For next week - any thought on whether Mihocek or Redman get picked and who has the better JS?

Redman playing like he did has secured his spot for next game 100%. Played him in vfl all last year across half-back, challenging him to learn a new role (played as FWD/Wing in champs). This season he has excelled in that role for vfl, gotten his chance to show if he can replicate it in the 1st team, and has easily surpassed expectations. Coaching staff are wrapped with him.

Thx XabiFernando for your thoughts , still no clearer which way to go it will be for cash leagues as way to far behind for overall
