I was just wondering about what your thoughts on Koby Stevens and Kane Lucas are. For me, Koby stevens will be in my team for certain if not for injury doubts, and Lucas looked phenomenal in the nab cup... :/

I feel really uncomfortable giving you advice, mainly because it's a lot of money and I know you have a kid and need the money. However, to me your main objective is points. I think Franklin vs Gold Coast is the right move. Franklin needs to get his fitness. You need to decide between Fyfe and Martin if you ask me.
I think this round is NOT to make the aggressive move as you don't know who is your direct opponent out of the 2nd-6th. I think this week you need to play straight bat, ie who you would normally pick ignoring the fact you are currently no.1 overall.
I won't comment on captain, but don't try to negate with captain. Just try to pick your normal captain. I think once you identify who your major threat is then you try to use strategy.
For example if you try to be creative (ie use a risky strategy) and it works out then even if you are successful, others will use a more riskier strategy next week. This week is the straght bat strategy.
Hey mate, sorry to put you in the hot seat but tossing up which 2 to play out of Franklin Fyfe Martin. Whats your thoughts and strategy rerding playing it safe and picking guys i know will be common to my team and those around me?
Would you expect the 2nd-6th teams to start risking different captains etc to catch up or would that be more a last ditch effort in the final round?
Guess im deciding if safety is my best strategy or sticking with what ive done and not be affected by other teams.
I know theres no rights and wrongs as its a game and lucks the biggest player and noone has the answers. Just more seeking advice on strategy and what you would/did do.
