I was a Young owner for the last 8 weeks last year, found that he did his best work in the pseudo run with roles. Im not sure he has the mid craft to position himself well at stoppage yet so I reckon following around someone who does it well was better for his scoring. Very interested to see how it plays out.
Holders deserve to be rewarded. Unfortunately I don't have the courage.

I'm bolder, holding both Young and Newcombe, there's going to be a few tears shed this week. Not sure if they'll be mine or others. 😉
Wow!

No-one is beating that.

Noticed in the Sydney game that we kind of out-Collingwood’d you. Goals over the back, hard running and high intensity. That was something I got used to seeing plenty from your mob in recent history. Once you’re back to creating those types of chances you’ll be back to where you need to be to compete week to week.
Yeah the high intensity was good but that's kind of the bar you tend to expect of a top 4 side nowadays. It was the pace and kicking I was more in awe of. A really good exhibition of talent and skill. You'd be pretty stoked, looking forward to a season of all that!

Love your insights and posts 🤗

I am surprised Fly hasn't thrown him forward more to try and lose the tag , I am sure he and Elliott used to rotate in the past , and at least give us someone who might provide a contested mark inside F50.
Thanks for the kind words :)

Yeah I'd like to see that too. I figured it was because Fly figured Jordy was needed more in the midfield. We've been struggling through there to get that overlap and run. Once he gets up to speed, Jordy's often a big part of that. Fly probably thinks it's no good having him up forward if the ball isn't getting down there and if it's coming in poorly. I guess he's the expert.

Sidey has been poor, as has Crisp and De Goey. Once they re-find their mojo, we should be up and about in short order.

That's a gutsy hold mate. Love some of your manoeuvres.
I'm also the proud owner of these two, but both gone for me.
If both these blokes ton up this round, I'll have to shout you a few pints at the next catch up.
Would be well deserved Jim.

Young gone too. if the points come from run with role, is he doing that week in week out, need certainty of role.

Powell named HFF...........must mean he is playing on the ball. Clarkson naming of players on field always bit dodge, last player I saw HFF was round1, McKercher!
